DAWcito Professional

Terms and Conditions of Use

Please read these terms before installing or using DAWcito Professional.

1. Acceptance and scope

By downloading, installing, or using DAWcito Professional (the “Software”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software. These terms describe use of the program and its associated online features and services.

2. Software under continuous development

DAWcito is continuously changing and under development. Its interface, features, requirements, services, and compatibility may be modified, improved, limited, or removed between versions. Updates may be necessary to maintain or add features. A feature available today may change in a future version.

The Software is provided as available in each version. Although we work to improve its stability, we do not guarantee that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or incompatibilities, or that every project will behave the same after an update. Keep backups of your projects, audio files, presets, and other content.

3. Online services and availability

Some features may depend on servers, an Internet connection, authentication services, downloads, or other online systems. 100% availability of these servers or services is not guaranteed. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, connectivity, third-party providers, or causes beyond DAWcito’s control.

A temporary outage may prevent access to features that depend on those services. DAWcito will seek to restore them when possible, but does not promise uninterrupted operation or a specific recovery time.

4. Account and PRO subscription

To activate and use DAWcito PRO subscription features, you must sign in with a DAWcito account, and the system must be able to verify it against DAWcito’s account database. Sign-in and validation may therefore require an Internet connection and availability of the authentication service.

PRO access also depends on the subscription being active and associated with the account you used to sign in. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not share your account or attempt to bypass authentication or license controls.

Your DAWcito account is the unified sign-in identity for DAWcito Professional, future DAWcito software developments, services available on the website, and DAWcito plugins that support sign-in. The same username and password will be used for these products and services. Access and available features may vary by product, subscription plan, and version compatibility.

The applicable price, duration, renewal, and other commercial terms are those shown during the relevant checkout process. Purchasing a subscription does not remove the possible requirement to sign in to validate PRO access.

5. Permitted use and user content

You may use the Software to create, record, edit, mix, and export content in accordance with your license and plan. You are responsible for your projects, recordings, samples, and compositions, and for obtaining the rights and permissions needed for materials you use or distribute.

Do not use the Software to infringe third-party rights, distribute unlawful content, interfere with services, or access accounts, systems, or data without authorization. Do not decompile, modify, or redistribute the Software unless applicable law permits it or DAWcito authorizes it in writing.

6. Third-party plugins and services

Third-party plugins, instruments, effects, drivers, and services have their own terms, licenses, requirements, and policies. Their availability or compatibility may depend on their developers. DAWcito does not control or guarantee external products; check their terms directly with the relevant provider.

7. Intellectual property

The Software, its marks, design, and components belong to DAWcito or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These terms grant only the right to use the Software associated with the relevant version and plan; they do not transfer ownership of the Software.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the Software or its services develop. The version published on the official website is the current reference. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the Software.
